Adding new user to access dynamic 365

Add the user to azure à groups

Select group name from

admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com portal à environment name à security group

search and open security group in azure group à members à add members

24 hours to reflect in d365

Goto admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com portal à click on environment it opens in new tab à settings à advanced setting à new tab à setting à security à users à select the user name and open

In users à manage role à mdd custom entity+ mdd required role

Add user role as asked and click save

Add the teams mentioned by ops team

Refresh the page and check the changes are save properly or not
